The staff was extremely polite, as for 5-stars hotel. We ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast and drinks. There was exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television.

Very fancy hotel, we truly enjoyed it.
Everything was amazing, incredible location right near the Sky Train, the staff were exceptionally nice. Location: the hotel was close enough to bars as well as Sukhumvit. The food was appetising and good.

The value for money at Ascott was great, with modern and clean rooms that had everything we needed, even little snacks and espresso coffee for free. The location was ideal, with a short walk to the BTS and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The food for breakfast could have been improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options or adding more local dishes to the menu.

The Ascott in Thonglor definitely gave me great value for my money. The room was amazing, with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and stunning views from the 39th floor. The location was perfect, with easy access to the BTS station, and the staff treated me with kindness and consideration.
More breakfast choices would make it even better.
